* Fervently Pray For And Over Your Children *

Greetings and blessings! Unfortunately, nowadays the ugly, destructive devil is extremely busy trying to devout/destroy our younger generation. So, out of an abundance of love and concern; I’m literally pleading with families to spend time praying for our children. Rebuke the devil with God’s Word and he will flee. Most cases, our children “would do good (right), but evil (devil) is forever present.” So, I urgently ask parents and families; let’s pray this prayer daily with and over our children; especially those in school. Actually, this prayer is inspired by Dr. Robert Singleton II, Anthologist. Oh, Gracious Heavenly Father, I come humbly praying over my child (Daniel 1:20), that my child will excel in wisdom, knowledge, understanding and learning. Pray over them (Proverbs 1:5), that my child listens, learns, grows, and becomes wiser. Pray (Proverb 9:9), that instruction makes my child wiser and knowledge increases within them. Pray over them (Colossians 3:23), that they will work wholeheartedly and give their best efforts this school year. Pray (Philippians 4:13), that my child can do everything God calls them to do through Christ who gives them strength. Pray (Proverbs 22:29), that my child grows in skills, excellence, discipline, and ability. Pray (2 Timothy 2:15), that my child studies diligently and is prepared for the opportunities before them. Pray (Proverbs 10:4), that my child develops diligence, discipline and a strong work ethic. Pray (Proverb 13:4), that my child’s diligence will produce good fruit. My God, pray over them (Luke 2:52), that my child grows in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with good reputation in the sight of God and people. Pray Daniel 1:9, that God call the right teachers, the right administrators, coaches and mentors to show my child kindness and favor. Pray (Esther 2:13), that door and favor of opportunity will open for my child. Pray (Psalms 84:11), that God gives my child favor and honor and withhold no good thing from them as they walk. Pray (Psalms 118:24), that my child recognizes every school day as a gift from God and finds reasons to rejoice. (Nehemiah 8:10), declare that the joy of the Lord is my child’s strength. (Psalm 16:11), declare that God leads my child along the path of life and fill them with joy and peace. (Philippians 4:4), declare that joy will have a place in my child’s heart throughout the entire school year. (Psalm 126:3), declares that they will have reasons to look back on this school year and say the Lord Jesus has done great things for me. Pray (James 1:5), that my child receives grace and wisdom generously from God whenever they need it. Ultimately, defeat the devil with the Word of God! Indeed, the fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much, it changes things and will certainly make a lasting impact and much needed difference in our younger generation’s lives! More prayer next week!
