James Arnold Roberson (Jim) passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 84. Born in Dale County, Alabama on February 9, 1940, Jim lived in Fair Oaks, CA for the past 39 years.

Jim graduated from Auburn University and received his Masters Degree from Middle Georgia College. Following his active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a B-52 Radar Navigator, Jim continued his military activities as a reserve officer and a civil service engineer. His military careers took him to Viet Nam, Thailand, Guam, Glasgow, MT, Warner Robins, GA, and Sacramento, CA.

Jim loved the outdoors. He spent many hours hunting and fishing with friends, family, and his beloved sporting hounds. Jim was a grill master who also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen when the time was right. He puttered in the garden with his wife, Bonnie, and in his later years, kept several bee hives in their backyard. Jim and Bonnie traveled the world together, seeing sights, taking photographs, and enjoying many eventful experiences together.
