Certificate of Appreciation presented to Amy Thomas

Every year The American Legion Auxiliary has a gift shop at

the Dublin V.A. Hospital for all the Veterans in the hospital. A Veteran can go

into the gift shop and pick any two items and have them wrap at no cost to

them. They also can enjoy donuts and coffee.

These donuts have been donated by the Perry Wal Mart store.

This Certificate of Appreciation is given by the Department of Veterans Affairs

Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia.
