Chad and

Nikki Collins are pleased to announce the birth of twins, Ryder Graham Collins

and Tucker Reece Collins. They were born on Feb. 26. Ryder weighted 1.9 pounds,

and Tucker weighed 1.5 pounds. They were born at the Wolfson children’s

Hospital in Jacksonville. Grandparents are Charles and Mable Collins of Perry

and Ned and Deb Brown of Ohio and Shirley Waters of Jacksonville.
